– Introducing a simple yoga practice you can do at home, tips on seasonal wellness tips inspired by yoga and ayurveda, and a guided time for seasonal reflection and intentional planning for the last few months of the year ahead.
– The yoga practice will be about 60 minutes long, followed by the guided reflection/planning practice. After that we’ll have warm tea, an ayurvedic-inspired snack for fall, and time for conversation and connection. The event will be approx. 1.5 to 2 hrs. long. Instructor: Samantha Radecki
