DESCRIPTION:– Introducing a simple yoga practice you can do at home\, tips on seasonal wellness tips inspired by yoga and ayurveda\, and a guided time for seasonal reflection and intentional planning for the last few months of the year ahead. \n– The yoga practice will be about 60 minutes long\, followed by the guided reflection/planning practice. After that we’ll have warm tea\, an ayurvedic-inspired snack for fall\, and time for conversation and connection. The event will be approx. 1.5 to 2 hrs. long. Instructor: Samantha Radecki
