GetSetUp offers online real-time, engaging learning experiences that range from teaching everyday technical skills to enrichment-focused courses taught by expert instructors. This program is offered free to Michigan residents through a Michigan Dept. of Health and Human Services partnership. Click on the image to lean more.

 

 

Kanopy- Video Streaming Service

Anyone with a St. Ignace Public Library library card can now enjoy thousands of free videos from Kanopy, a company committed to streaming high-quality films that inspire, educate and entertain to libraries around the globe. Kanopy’s unique selection offers something for everyone, from award winning indie films to important and timely documentaries, to foreign films, popular cinema, children’s shows and more. 

Many of Kanopy’s videos are not available on any other streaming video platform, and the experience is easy-to-use and completely advertisement free. Click to explore

COVID-19 Test Kits

The St. Ignace Public Library has partnered with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services in increasing access to COVID-19 testing resources. 

The library has COVID-19 test kits available for our community to receive for free. Test kits are available at the circulation desk.

If you have any questions, please call the library at 906-643-8318.We ask that if you have active COVID-19 symptoms, please send someone else to grab a test kit for you.

Please see the Community Risk Level posted at our entrance for mask recommendation status.

Masks are no longer required for anyone entering the library. We provide a box of masks at our hand sanitizer station for public use.
